    • How to switch from Ecwid to another shopping cart?

    • Will customers' credit card information be migrated?

      Unfortunately, users' credit card information will be not transferred. But the information about customers' billing, shipping addresses will be successfully moved.

    • Will customers' passwords be migrated?

      As diverse platforms use different password encryption algorithm, clients' passwords cannot be migrated. Once the transfer process is finished all registered clients will have to use password recovery form on the target platform for further usage of their profiles.

    • Will SEO be migrated?
