    • What are the steps of osCMax migration?

    • I would like to migrate clients’ credit card info as well. Is it possible?

      We don't provide migration of such information.

    • Are passwords of registered users going to be transferred?

      No, the passwords of registered users are not going to be migrated, because various solutions have different encryption algorithms. Though, after migration ask your clients to use password recovery form for further usage of their profiles.

    • I need SEO on my new store. Can I migrate it?

      By now, Wix Migration does not support migration of SEO information. But take into account, there are some exceptions. You can move products and categories URLs within PrestaShop, VirtueMart 2, OpenCart, Magento, WooCommerce, CS-Cart, and osCommerce (migration from only). Click here for more details.
