    • How to perform the data transfer to a new ShopSite store?

      As the data transfer from current shopping cart to ShopSite is really easy, you just need to follow Shopping Cart Migration Scenario.

    • Can I move customers’ credit card information to ShopSite?

      By now, the customers’ credit card info cannot be moved. Although, billing and shipping addresses’ information will be transferred.

    • Will users passwords be transferred to ShopSite?

      So far, the passwords of existing users cannot be transferred, owing to different encryption algorithms of various shopping carts. When migration procedure is completed, clients will need to use password recovery form to use their accounts.

    • Will SEO be switched to ShopSite?

      Currently, SEO cannot be switched automatically using Wix Migration. Yet, there are some exceptions. It is possible to move products and categories URLs within Magento, WooCommerce, OpenCart, CS-Cart, PrestaShop, VirtueMart 2, and osCommerce (migration from only). More info you can find here.
